Since 1992, trance has become a major influence for all of us inside T2T. The initial tracks had an instant and great impact on us, melodic parts, acid lines together with fast rhythms made all the sense. We were for several years somehow stuck between trance, psy trance and house, which can be heard on our released records.

In 1999, the euphoria caused and heard on the new trance tracks made the rest. It took a while to fulfill our dream of creating a trance label, here in Portugal, where house music rules. It’s about time to show around here that world melodic trance can have a market of its own, no matter big or small, just good and different.

THE OZONE - Biography

The dance music band "The Ozone" was formed in 1990 while the Portuguese dance scene was still in deep waters.
At the time four young pals: Pedro Vilas Boas (D.Peter.J), Eduardo Melo (Dice), João Melo (D-Vice) and Ricardo Dias (VCF) got together and formed what turned to be the best (known) trance band in Portugal. They've produced artists like DJ Vibe, DJ Jiggy, DJ Hands, remixed the same and many other artists and were the only band in Portugal that played live using the still uncommon method of live and real-time MIDI & Audio hardware sequencing.
A brutal car accident which caused the death of Eduardo Melo (R.I.P.) and a lack of label support for the release of their first full album in 1995 (despite being tested with great success during their live-acts), led to their walk away from the visible dance scene.
Today, "The Ozone" members are still musically active, as solo or as part of other dance projects and they might return together one of these days, their spirit remains...
